Hzboo Global ships orders from China to destinations worldwide. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery times
Because orders ship from China to many different countries and regions, transit times vary significantly by destination and shipping route. Standard international delivery generally takes approximately 7–30 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas, destinations with limited postal service, or shipments requiring extended customs clearance may take 30–45 business days.
If an express service is available, its estimated delivery time and price will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the destination, selected carrier and route, customs clearance, local postal services, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Rates may depend on the destination, package weight, order value, and selected service.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Orders are shipped internationally from China. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs handling fees, brokerage fees, or other destination charges may apply. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they are generally assessed by the destination authorities or carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility. We do not control these charges or the time required for customs clearance. Refusal to pay destination charges may result in delay, return, or disposal of the shipment; any resulting costs may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.
Shipping address and order changes
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.
Delays, lost packages, and damaged deliveries
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at mr.fungduan@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, for damage claims, clear photographs of the package and item. We will review the case with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our refund policy.
Delivery restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain countries, territories, remote locations, military addresses, or restricted destinations. Available destinations are displayed at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if delivery is prohibited or no suitable shipping service is available.
